A: I'm not kidding. 농담 아니거든.

    You'd better slow down. 속도를 줄이는게 좋을거야.

    Otherwise you'll get pulled over. 그렇지 않으면 (경찰에게 잡혀서) 차를 갓길에 대야할거야.
